Front End Developer
From fixing military aircraft to crafting interfaces — 12 years of turning complex problems into clean, fast UIs.
Novi Sad, Serbia
Before I wrote my first line of code, I was a military aircraft technician. That world taught me to be methodical — if something isn't reliable, people notice fast.
I brought that mindset into frontend development and never looked back. I've worked with companies across Europe and the US, shipping everything from trading platforms and healthcare tools to ad-tech products and DeFi apps.
My sweet spot is Vue and Nuxt, though I'm equally comfortable in React and Angular. I gravitate toward the hard parts — data-heavy dashboards, complex state, and making things feel fast even when they're not simple under the hood.
Outside of work, I'm usually reading about aviation, experimenting with new tools, or spending time with my daughter and wife.
The tools and technologies I reach for today
Where I've been and what I've shipped
Kriptomat's cryptocurrency exchange ran on a large Vue 2 / Vuex codebase that needed modernizing. I led the migration to Vue 3 and Pinia — all while the trading platform stayed live. Beyond the upgrade, I owned the charting layer, integrating Chart.js and ApexCharts to render market data with minimal latency across portfolio and trading views.
MESI's diagnostics platform had strict compliance requirements and data-dense screens used daily by healthcare professionals. I focused on accessible, component-driven UI — working closely with designers and backend engineers to make sure patient data was presented accurately and intuitively, even on smaller screens.
A DeFi fund management platform where traditional financial UI met blockchain. I handled wallet connection states, on-chain transaction feedback, and portfolio tracking — all in React with TradingView charts. Picked up the Solana ecosystem from scratch and shipped production features within weeks.
Confect's platform lets non-technical users compose and preview dynamic ads from templates. I worked on the Angular-based template engine — performance-critical rendering that had to handle thousands of ad variations without noticeable lag in the preview.
A crypto custody platform where security was everything — every screen involving private keys or asset transfers needed careful state management and multi-step confirmation flows. I set up the frontend architecture and BEM-based CSS conventions that the team followed for the rest of the project.
Have a project in mind or looking for a frontend developer? I'd love to hear from you.
